I gave an invited presentation at the Sylvester Innovates Healthcare Showcase, hosted by the University of Miami’s Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center in Miami.
My talk, “Automating Participant Recruitment and Tracking on REDCap: Reducing Administrative Burden Through Workflow Automation,” focused on the systems behind research: how we recruit participants, keep track of their progress, and make those processes easier to manage.
This is a part of research I care about deeply. Thoughtful workflows can give teams more room to focus on participants and the questions their studies are trying to answer.
