I’m grateful to have received a $20,500 Whitacre Graduate Recruitment Fellowship from Texas Tech University for 2025–2029.
This award supports the next chapter of my graduate education in Human Development and Family Sciences. My research centers on health outcomes, health decision-making, and stress among Hispanic/Latine and sexual and gender minority communities living with chronic conditions.
I’m excited to build on my background in cancer survivorship research and continue developing this work at Texas Tech.
